WE ARE REMODELING
Our website lacked a webmaster and was lost during the disarray of COVID. We are rebuilding it. The forum bulletin board is ready to go with an updated version that will now also work on phones! Soon, we will proceed to install the other pages and features, with plans to modernize the site. Welcome back!
NOTE: We had to restore data from a very old 6/20/2017 backup version of our database. So if you opened your account after that date, it will be missing and you will need to create a new account.
The NWAAS April 8th program is "The Aquarium in Your Backyard (Native Fishes)," by Kevin Mouser. Come learn which natives fishes and critters are good candidates for your home aquarium. Find more information HERE.

Plants!
Hello -
The meeting is coming up soon and I have a lot of plants that I need to thin back. I'm going to list what I have for sale. Let me know if you are interested in anything so I know what to bring to the club meeting. I'm thinking $3-5 depending on the size of the plant.
Java Moss
Christmas Moss
Crypts (similar to Wentii)
Water Lettuce
Thanks!

Re: Plants!
I also have:
Dwarf Sag
Marimo balls
Amazon sword
Narrow leaf java fern
All of these plants are super easy. Low to moderate light and Eco Complete substrate. I dose Excel twice weekly as a carbon boost and a liquid fertilizer when I remember. The fish do the rest.

Re: Plants!
So nobody in the club keeps planted tanks? Or does everyone just have too many plants?

Re: Plants!
I'm good for plants right now. Maybe in August when I'm back from vacation and starting another tank.

I'll take some java moss, marimo, and water lettuce. Let me know how much you want for it.

Re: Plants!
June meeting is coming up! Anyone looking for some plants? Just did a big trimming for sale/trade at The Whole Pet, so some items may be limited.
