Good thing we didn't make plans to go to KC for their meeting today. It was canceled because of the weather. We would have driven up there for nothing, because we wouldn't have heard before we got there. Hope we don't get hammered. Denny

It has been full-on sleeting here for some time now. The windshield of the van is about covered. Temps are dropping, wind is blowing.... brrrrrr.... Supposed to be about 60 bu Tuesday.

Yeah, it snowed for 36 hours up here starting Friday night. The gound was warm but I still got at least 6 inches on the yard. The wind is howling and I have 3 foot drifts on my deck in the back.

Our official measurement was 7.5 inches at 8 am. It has been alternately sleeting and raining all day. There is a layer of ice on top of the snow and the branches are all encased in ice. So far no breaking branches, though.
