Okay here we go. The following is the list of duties and definitions.

Seller table -Buyer table - We are lucky to have a software program that registers sellers and buyers at the same time. It will total up a buyer's purchases and give a total when the buyer ready to check out. Our treasurer Mike Wickham will be handling this position.

Bidder slips - this person(s) will fill out the bid slips prior to the item being auctioned. These bid slips will need the bag id and description added to them. This person(s) will have to have runners retrieve bags to be auctioned and keep the bags and slips together to be handed to the runners.

Auctioneers - Here's your chance!

Buy it now table - this person will sell pre-priced items and soda(pop for you northerners)

Runners - we're gonna get volunteers from the bidders

Greeters - Welcome folks to the auction.

As usual, I am planning on working the bidder slips table. Mattie will probably be there and can be a runner.

I can help with the greeting and possibly BIN table if needed. Gail can help with the record keeping (w/Mike), or possibly the bidder slips if needed. For all of you new people, volunteering for the auction is a really good way to help and get to know other members. Denny

And thanks to Corey who, as always, did a great job organizing the whole event! I hope he had a chance to buy some of the stuff I had up for sale for next to nothing! :)

Yes, Johnathon is now sleeping with the Clam puppet. As much as he calmed down after he got that thing I would have to say that may have been the best $3 I have ever spent!
