Download the NWAAS Breeder Award Program Spawning Report Form below and fill it out to submit your spawns for points in the Breeder Award Program (BAP). The form can be filled out on your computer. It includes buttons for e-mailing the completed form to the BAP chairperson and for printing out the form. The form can also be printed blank and filled-in by hand, but we much prefer you to e-mail the electronic version!

I tried to submit by email, and it told me I couldn't. Denny

It's working fine for me. When you clicked the "E-mail Me" button, which option did you choose:

• Desktop Email Application
  Choose this option if you currently use an email application such as Microsoft Outlook, Eudora, or Mail.
  
  
• Internet Email
  Choose this option if you currently use an Internet email service such as Yahoo or Microsoft Hotmail. You will then need to save your form and return it manually to bap@nwaas.com using your Inmternet email service.

The "Desktop Email Application" option is for those reading/sending e-mail using a program installed on their computer. Outlook Express and Thunderbird are other example programs not shown in the list above. The "Internet Email" option is for those reading their e-mail interactively on the Web, using a browser. In other words, they first go to a webmail login page, then log on to read or send e-mail-- such as yahoo mail or hotmail (or gmail?).

Denny, I believe you use Thunderbird, so should choose "Desktop Email Application." This will then produce a popup window wih a precomposed message, and already having the form attached. All you have to do then is click the "Send" button.

Let me know if that doesn't work for you.

I filled a breeders report out & sent it, but it doesn't tell me if it got sent or not.

Look in the "Sent" folder of your email program.

Also, I believe John changed the form fields in a later version of the BAP form, found here:

Its not there Mike, so I guess It didnt get there, & my copier is down right now ! Ill have to wait I guess.
