anyone know general hardness at Holiday island tap water?

Moving to holiday island from topeka ks and will be setting up a planted tank immediately wondering what the waters like

I'm on a well in the Garfield area, which may be similar unless Holiday Island has their own water system. My water is extremely hard. I haven't been able to measure using the add-a-drop test solution. I run out of test tube before the water changes color. Ph is probably in the 8.2 range. Denny
