Bringing in the outdoor fish

Yesterday I decided to bring in some "Peacocks" I've had in a stock tank outside. I thought I had put one male and several females in each tank early in the summer. When I got them out it appears that several which I thought were females may have been non-dominant males. It looks like I've got quite a few males that really colored up nicely over the summer. You may see some of them in our auction. No fry however. It looks like what I'll have to do next summer is to put a whole bunch of fry in the tanks, and let them grow and color up outside. They should then be ready for swap meets and auctions in the fall. I may put out my fishtrap too. to see if I've still got any Florida Flag Fish out there. Denny
