NWAAS Christmas Party
at Seafari
Saturday, December 12, 2015

There's something fishy going on at the December meeting. It's the NWAAS Christmas party,
hosted by Seafari in Rogers.
NOTE: The meeting will not be at our usual place!
Food: Don't bother eating before the meeting. We'll have plenty of pizza and beverages on hand. It is a party, after all. Feel free to bring sides, desserts, or whatever. (Bring your own chair if you want to sit!
Fish: Nothing goes with a hot party like cool fish. Seafari has plenty of fish and is also offering special discounts.
People: There will be plenty of time to socialize. Chat with other members about fish, family, or whatever. It's a great chance to make friends and learn about our many new members.

It would probably be a good idea to let us know if you're coming. We'll need to have some idea to know how much pizza to order. Gail and I will be there.

I thought we had a decent turnout, and a nice time last night. If you missed it, you missed a good time. Thanks to all at Seafari for allowing us to hold our annual Christmas Party at their shop this year. Just FYI - I delivered our gift boxes to the Rogers Police department office on Friday, 12/11 and to the guys and gals working the evening shift on Saturday 12/12. Both gifts were greatly appreciated (although the officer did ask me whether it was a bomb). We don't know how lucky we are to have this facility and the cooperation of the police department. Denny

Big digital Highfive to Denny for delivery of the gift baskets! Party was good, bought some unintentional Pleco food in hopes of offsetting the cost for the guys at Seafari.

You guys are so lucky to have supportive businesses to host a party, a local meeting place at no cost and the leadership you have enjoyed over the years. You should all be very thankful for the opportunity to enjoy and share your hobby with such great folks. I know as long distant participant in the club I appreciate those things a lot. Hope you have a great holiday season and a great 2016. Jack
