Proposed Changes to Constitution/Bylaws 2026

The Board would like to update our constitution and bylaws. Attached is a copy of the new constitution/bylaws, as proposed, showing changes. Proposed additions are in blue. Proposed deletions are in red. These changes will be put to a vote by the membership at the November 14th monthly meeting. You must be a paid member of the society to vote.
