Goldfish Farm Tour?

Hey, I just realized that we have several goldfish farms in the Arkanas/Missouri area. What do you all think about the idea of arranging to visit one of them as a field trip? If there's enough interest, we could ask around to see what farm is willing, and see if there's an ideal time of year to visit.
P.S. I admit to not knowing how far these farms are from us. So I can't comment on drive time.

I'd also be interested. I think Dennis (?) at Razorback Koi also may have goldfish. Haven't heard from him for awhile, though. Denny

After doing the Ozark Angels tour, I would love to do a goldfish farm tour... Only I would actually bring the kids this time (DOH! *slaps forehead*)

Yeah, and maybe they would want a puppy.

i didn't think of it before, but if we go on a tour, what would we do for a meeting? Maybe we'd have the tour in the afternoon, and a talk on what we saw in the evening???? Just a thought. Denny

I was thinking of it as just an idea for a standalone field trip, but certainly any photos shot could be turned into a small presentation to give at a general meeting, too.

I only brought it up because Michael was saying he was trying to get Razorback Koi to give a presentation/program at either our September or October meetings. I would go to either or both, but didn'y know for sure what we're thinking of doing. Denny
