The monthly meeting will be Thursday, June 16th, 2011, at 7:30, at the Dorsett Village Baptist Church, off McKelvey Rd., in Maryland Heights. MASI is open to all a”fish”ionados, whether experienced or beginner, fresh water or salt. This month’s speaker is Joe Fleckenstein from Indianapolis. Joe maintains many species of fish in a basement fishroom consisting of over 100 tanks. He has a degree in Zoology from Ball State and is a science teacher. Joe’s talk will be on breeding Cory’s and some other oddball fish.
There will be attendance prizes and a raffle along with a bowl show - this month, the catfish.
