Will it be tasty?
Walmart had a big display of frozen fish fillets listed as "swai." I never heard of swai before. Wondering what the heck that is, I looked closer at the package. It said "Pangasius Hypophthalmus" which means these are iridescent shark fillets. Yes, same fish you find in aquariums. They look good, so I bought some. I know the fish is a popular food fish in Asia.

Yeah I saw them the other also. Told the wife about them, seemed less than interested. ![Sad :(](./images/smilies/icon_e_sad.gif)

I've had it before, it's ok tasting but I've had better. It tasted like a bottom feeder to me ![Very Happy :D](./images/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif)
