Hello from Harrison!
I recently moved all 2,000 Bettas and three Quetzal Cichlids, tanks and equipment to my property in Harrison. I couldn't find a Fish club up in the Branson area so I'm looking forward to joining one close enough to drive to. I joined the IBC over a year ago but couldn't get enough people together to make a local chapter. I sell my Bettas on Aquabid and have them listed on several forums. Since getting strung along by a chain pet store for some time, and was told that they sell a couple hundred Bettas a month; I have around 2,000 Bettas, adults; juveniles and fry included. I have been breeding and raising aquarium fish since the 1970's. I've worked in the pet industry for many years and had a Pet/Fish store for a while in '77. I'd love to help anyone with any problems in my realm of "expertise". (I don't know everything) just a little about a lot.

Welcome to the group. We're going to have enough former and current fish owners to start a sub group!

Nice looking bettas! Welcome to the group! Even if you're too far away to join us at meetings-- one is coming up this Saturday-- we look forward to your participation on the forum. If you haven't already, you might want to download the "about us" flyer here: https://nwaas.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=38&t=1430
