Trip to Columbia, MO - Columbia Pet Center

Post by dennysfishroom »

Gail and I just got back from a (quick) trip to Columbia, MO to see my grand-daughter. While there I did get to go to Columbia Pet Center (often mentioned on the HAAS sight). This time it was definitely worth the trip. I ended up getting the last 4 Odessa (?) barbs they had, some more green barbs for my big tank, as well as some they had listed as glowlight danios, and 6 clown killifish (five survived the trip). Since I was putting barbs into the big tank before Gerald spoke Saturday, he wasn't entirely responsible for my purchases. They also had some really striking Rosy barbs, but they weren't for sale. Good trip. Denny

By green barb do you mean the actual green barb, the one that is usually sold only in the golden color morph, or are you just talking about the green tiger barb?

I will have to check it out one of these days.

Yeah Barbs are fun, after I finish with tetras I am picking up some more to play with.
