Reptile mesh tank

Post by dennysfishroom »

One of the items I picked up at the HAAS swap meet was a mesh reptile cage. I'm going to use it as a fish cage in my ponds. I've put fish out in the ponds for the summer, but don't seem to get very many fish at the end of the summer. I've been thinking that maybe the frogs were eating them. This cage should eliminate that. If it works well, I may get a few more for next summer. Denny

I have lost a of of fish to bullfrogs. They are a pain. The cage sounds like an idea worth trying.

I got the "65" model. It looks like they are available for $40 new. I put the sailfin mollies into the cage when we got home. I lost one of the females yesterday morning, but the other one had babies over night. I'll have to check today to see if the young stayed in the bag. Denny
