Fungi

I've been seeing weird fungi (?????) around here the last several year. Went out and found a Morel growing on the stone driveway; have something that looks like bread dough rising growing on the side of some trees; and then yesterday I noticed a growth that looked like an orange asparagus shoot. I first noticed the "orange" asparagus around 7 am. Went out around 8 am and took a picture of it, and noticed it had changed somewhat in appearance. We were in town till around 3 pm, but it was completely gone when we got back. Don't know if it has just a really quick life cycle, or whether some critter likes mushrooms. Denny
