Hello from a Springdale Newbie

Post by KuHawkFan »

I just wanted to say Hello to everyone and thank you to those that post. I have frequented this forum for help and info when it came to setting up my 29g tank. Like all newbies I did not know all I needed to know when I started but after many trial and errors I seem to have gotten the hang of it. My tank is cycled and I haven't lost any fish for some time now.
(A moment of silence for all the fish that gave their lives for my stupidity!)

Thanks again.

Jason

Hello from Garfield

Just a note to say "hello" from Garfield. Hope to see you at the next meeting on Saturday, June 14th at 7pm at the Rogers Police Department Meeting Room. We always have a good time in addition to the program and treats. Denny

Thanks for the invite. I'll mark it on my calender. Can't make any promises, my company likes to give me about 3 days notice when they are sending me out of town.

Welcome to the forums!

We have all killed a few fish while working on that learning curve. I am afraid if I took a moment of silence for every fish I have killed I wouldn't be able to talk for a year or so.

Welcome, Jason! Yep, we all have killed our share, and sometimes something happens and even the most experienced of us lose a whole tank full of fish. The good news is that we learn something every time we lose fish, and can teach others through places like this forum and our meetings. Sure hope to see you at the June meeting!

I can stop buying fish anytime I want. Seriously.
