Sail-Fin Wild Type Live Bearers

Post by etheonut »

Michael (or anyone else brave enough to chime in)

I am looking for names on different live bearers that have high fins or sail fins. I know there are several out there. Of course there is the sail-fin mollie, but what else?

Well, I know for sure there are hi-finned swordtails and platies (as well as lyretailed swords and platies, and plumetail platies). There is also a guppy tailed swordtail, but these last ones aren't really about the dorsal fin. While not being livebearers, there are several corys that also have hifin or long finned forms. Denny

How about Nezzie Swords?

Sail fin mollies and that is about it for the livebearers I can think of.
