German Rams

Post by pinkrblu »

I had a really hard time getting ahold of a female Ram. I had two males, then one developed pop eye (Believe it or not, my first experience with the disease in all these years!) and I lost him. Then, just a couple days later I came across a mature female in Rogers. She and the male got along fantastically, and in two days they both developed full breeding colors. Then, overnight, she just plain disappeared. ????? I am still holding out hope that she has hidden herself somewhere in the 75, but I really don't think that's the case anymore.

Any fish that could have possible consumed her? They are a rather small fish and I am iffy on adding my golden ram to my 55 when full grown because of my bichir.

Who knows...oh well, when you have as diverse a community as I have in my 75 gallon, fish are bound to disappear from time to time. Thanks for the reply.
