Fish fry or it is a non invasive species so put it in a pond or lake and someone else can eat it. Sounds rough but it is a channel catfish which are food fish.

Piranha's find channel catfish to be particularly tasty I know.
I don't recommending releasing it in any water way as it has been exposed to pathogens which may be invasive, despite the fish itself being local.

Wow.... tough crowd here tonight!
You could list it on Craigslist or something similar as a "free to good home" and let someone else fry it!
