MASI November meeting w/Tony Orso

The monthly meeting will be Thursday, Nov. 17th, 2011, at 7:30, at the Dorsett Village Baptist Church, off McKelvey Rd., in Maryland Heights. MASI is open to all a”fish”ionados, whether experienced or beginner, fresh water or salt. This month’s program is by nationally known speaker and renowned fish importer Tony Orso. Tony has been keeping fish since the age of seven when he got his first metal framed aquarium. A chemistry and physics teacher by trade, he has been running a wholesale tropical fish business since 1981. He was joined by his wife Rose when they started dating eleven years ago. Tony Orso USA imports from South America, Asia, Africa, Europe, and Australia. The company has brought a number of first time imports to the states. West African Cichlids will be the topic of Tony's program. Tony will be bringing in some very rare imports for the monthly auction!!

There will also be a raffle for a Fluvall U2 filter, plus attendance prizes! The bowl show this month is aquatic critters! Hope to see you there!!!
