Malawi bloat!?

Malawi bloat!?
One of my acei cichilds stomachs is big. I think it is a female though so I don't know if it's eggs or malawi bloat. I feed a base diet of veg flakes supplemented with color pellets and occasional frozen black worms. The last time I fed blackworms was yesterday.
