What kind of co2 setup do you use? (if any)

What is your lighting setup like? Brand? Watts?

I feed both tanks with pressurized co2 from the same tank with a dual manifold. Got the setup from:

This is where I get my dry ferts for the tanks as well. The lights on the 55G are Tek T5 54W x 4 bulb with Giessman Middays - 6,000k. I run 2 for 8 hrs and all 4 for 4 hours. The 15G has a Current USA Satellite 65W power compact with dual 6,700k/10,000k bulb.
