Ahh, the problem with common names, though that was a fine picture of a sheepshead. That was the saltwater food fish called a Sheepshead. I have eaten those, they are very tasty and often considered a trash fish.
The sheepshead I am refering to is Cyprinodon variegatus or the sheepshead minnow. I found some nice pictures here:

I am headed back today. I have 3 sheepshead minnow, a small colony of mollies, and one rainwater killie (I think).
I have the fish packed in my luggage. They are double bagged in Wal-Mart fish bags, then packed in a styro, then they are inside my GI rucksack. They will be in the bags about 12 hours which shouldn't be a problem. Since my layover is in Atlanta temperature shouldn't be a problem if they get left on the runway for any length of time. We will see how it works, this is my first 'experiment' with bringing fish back this way.
I also have some nice souvenirs from the beach including a shark tooth and two shark eggs.
