Welcome to the Northwest Arkansas Aquarium Society! Please feel free to post a message here to introduce yourself.

The Forum Then
Please ignore the fact that little messaging happens in this forum. In the early days of the club, we were quite busy here, talking about fish and aquariums. But in the age of social media, most of our online presence has moved to our very busy Facebook Group. And it greatly grew our audience. It got to the point that we could go a long time without a fish talk post here, while we get many user posts each day on Facebook. So we archived the fish talk message sections here and took them out of public view. (We also have other social media presences where we can talk fish. To see them all, go to the Social Media page on our main website.) We know that many don't have social media accounts, so you can still post here and someone will see it and reply.

The Forum Now
These days, the forum's primarily function is to relay information about NWAAS to the public. You can always come here to find the latest information about our club, including:

1. The Meetings message section has all the information regarding our monthly meetings, including program topic, date, time, location, driving directions, etc.
2. The Events message section has everything you need to attend our auctions, swap meets, collecting trips, etc., including registration forms, rules, fish-bagging instructions, etc.
3. There's a whole lot more elsewhere in this forum. Follow this link for the main Forum Index.
4. And there is a whole lot more information about NWAAS, plus plenty of pretty pictures, on our main NWAAS website. Our homepage always displays the upcoming meeting or event, and there are buttons to explore almost every aspect of the club. The website is quite comprehensive!

By the way, if you go to any of the message sections in this forum, consider scrolling to the page bottom, and clicking on the "Subscribe forum" link. This will get you an email notification whenever there is a new post. (You must have a forum account to get this option.) It's an easy way to get advance notice of new meetings and events.
