As I said in my intro we are moving. We should be in the new house by the middle of next week. Soooooo stress diet here I come
This is specially formulated diet designed to help women cope with the
stress that builds during the day.
Breakfast
1 grapefruit
1 slice whole wheat toast
1 cup skim milk
Lunch
one small portion, lean steamed chicken
one cup spinach
one cup herbal tea
1 Hershey kiss
Afternoon snack
The rest of the bag of Hershey kisses
One small container Hagen-Daaz ice cream with chocolate chips
Dinner
4 glasses of wine (red or white)
2 loaves garlic bread
One family size Supreme pizza
3 Snickers bars
Late night snack
1 Sara Lee frozen cheesecake (eaten directly from the freezer)
Remember that stressed spelled backwards is desserts.
