Stress Diet

Post by butterfly »

As I said in my intro we are moving. We should be in the new house by the middle of next week. Soooooo stress diet here I come :)

This is specially formulated diet designed to help women cope with the
stress that builds during the day.

Breakfast

1 grapefruit
1 slice whole wheat toast
1 cup skim milk
Lunch

one small portion, lean steamed chicken
one cup spinach
one cup herbal tea
1 Hershey kiss

Afternoon snack

The rest of the bag of Hershey kisses
One small container Hagen-Daaz ice cream with chocolate chips

Dinner

4 glasses of wine (red or white)
2 loaves garlic bread
One family size Supreme pizza
3 Snickers bars

Late night snack

1 Sara Lee frozen cheesecake (eaten directly from the freezer)

Remember that stressed spelled backwards is desserts.

Does it have to be Hagen Daaz, or does Blue Bell count? My wife is partial to the latter.

I would have to replace the pizza with a pound of pasta.

sumpnfishy- blue bell is fine, i really prefer blue bunny ice cream :)

Dinosfishhouse - I have to agree with you on the pasta, especially if its got chicken and alfredo sauce ;)

Again, as a substitution, can I put in barbequed pork steaks in for the pizza? The ice cream is a tough call, I am partial to the really cheap ice cream sandwiches myself.

Now why didn't you post this a couple weeks ago? It could really have helped me through finals!
