Well for those that know I have been collecting eggs from them and they are in a hatching tank.
Here is what they look like after a week of development;
There appears to be all sorts of things that hitch hiked with them and their tank is just swarming with life. I found all sorts of salt water rotifers and paramecium and not only that found amphipods that appear to be cleaning the eggs. I am betting that the amphipods actually eat gunk and some of it collects on the eggs and they eat it.
Its actually quite humorous to watch an amphipod scurrying on an egg and watching the fish inside that egg watching the amphipod. He is probably thinking, just wait as soon as I get out this egg - Dinner.

Re: Mummichog development
As of today I have 6 mummichog babies swimming around in the hatching tank.
The microfauna of the tank amazes me. That was some good water they came in as it was totally teaming with life.
I have placed BBS in the tank and will see how they do. Got several dozen eggs that should hatch out in the next day or two.
