Bristlenose, oto's, farowellas.
I'm just curious as to what people think would be better in a discus tank - HYPOTHETICALLY.

the more i think about it, the more it looks ive made my decision.
farowella over bristlenose. keep my otos in my community tank.

Actually farlowella are not a very good choice for a discus tank unless you plan on having high water flow. They enjoy very high oxygen levels which are not too common in discus tanks.

well, that applies to most people. i am always the exception.
i have great steady current thats moving well to where the discus are comfortable with clear water and multiple oxygen sources from my sponge filters in a well planted tank.
so the water flow and oxygen issue is moot in my case.
