Can you identify this cichlid?

I took this photo at Cichlids and Salt Tropical Fish in Springfield, Missouri. I forgot to get its name. Does anyone recognize the species?

Hypsophrys nicaraguensis

I don't guarantee that to the be the most current name.

Kevin, you're awesome. Thanks! I was thinking that someone had said it was a nicaraguense, but when I looked at pictures on the Web, they were quite different-- mostly showing full-color males.
