Road Trip: Kansas City April HAAS Meeting

Anyone up for a road trip? I am speaking on The Natural Aquarium: Aquatic Plants and Aquarium Decoration at the Heart of America Aquarium Society (http://kcfishclub.org/) in Kansas City, on this Saturday, April 16th at 2:00 PM. The talk will cover rules for making a beautiful layout, how to set up a planted aquarium, and popular aquatic plant species. There are lots of color slides to illustrate my yakkity-yak.

So far, Denny is going along. We've got room for a couple more if anyone else wants to ride along. (More can go if someone drives a second vehicle.) Everyone is welcome to come heckle.

Post a note here, if you want to join us and we'll set up a meeting place. We'll be leaving my house by 9:30 AM.

So... you are speaking on April 13 at 2:00 pm... but you posted it on April 13 at 4:07 pm. I am thinking that you put down the wrong date. Either that, or you missed your own event.

I should note that we usually get back to the Rogers area around 9:30 PM. It's a long day, but always a lot of fun-- with good conversation along the way and a good meeting in Kansas City.

They were alive when I put them into the wading pool. I didn't see any today, but it may just take awhile to build up their numbers. Thanks for the starter culture. Denny
