OKAA October 2009 Meeting

We have kicked this around in our admin meeting and in September OKC and Tulsa will be holding a joint meeting in Tulsa (one of several) however our guest speaker at this time will be Juan Miguel Artigas Azas so I was wondering if you all would like to hold a joint meeting with us.

We have done in the past with other clubs holding a combined meeting and they have been quite successful.

What are your thoughts on this.

We had one joint meeting with Hill County Cichlid and the auction went on forever, well OK it was over 4 hours but so many good things.

That would be good then because we are trying to put together some sort of Fish weekend like thing.

A tour of the Aquarium in Jenks would be something else that might be doable that weekend too.

Its not the biggest aquarium but it is nice for the central US.

I haven't been to the Jenks aquarium, but I took my parents and my kids to one on the Outer Banks a couple years ago and they had all been to the one in Jenks. They all liked the Jenks aquarium much more than the other one.
