We spent the day in Springfield today. Most of it was spent at the mall (three girls, two of which are teenagers. Gotta make these sacrifices sometimes.)
When we were done there (finally!) we went to Cichlids and Salt. As always, very nice reception there. Didn't buy anything fishy at all today, as I am still trying to decide what I want to do next. Then we went to Petland looking for some stuff for Mattie's hamster. They have a great new building and have a very nice section for their fish. Quite a nice assortment of fresh and SW. On the way home we passed through Republic and saw a store called something like Tropical Wonders. It wasn't open and we didn't go into the parking lot to check it out, but we will try to visit it soon and give y'all a report.
The trade in all of the fish stores seemed to be pretty heavy today, good sign for the hobby.
